What application are you using?

Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)

Describe the problem.

I was assigned an iPhone on 1/16. It let me d/l Outlook and install from the COAAppInstaller. I need to d/l Teams and it just says "processing" but never downloads. Please approve downloading Teams and other apps I need to use. Thanks.

How soon do you need this?

Urgently — Critical that this is addressed today
