Extended Reports don't work on Contact Layout for Contact B

Not sure whether to put this on this issue tab, or for Extended Reports.

When I use the Extended Reports - Relationships template, and then display as a block on a Contact Layout, it will only display relationships for Contact A, but when viewing the same relationship on the Contact Record for Contact B, the relationships are not displayed.

See screenshots for two linked Contacts - the Sibling relationship is only visble on one of the records:

I think that's probably more to do with extended reports.

FYI you can also achieve this (in a more flexible way too) with SearchKit.
