Allow metadata to be set on the fut returned from submit #72

Such metadata would be handy in callbacks. The API could look something like this:

f = pool.submit(work)
f.set_metadata(<dict>)

Hmm, actually the user can just do this. Assign to a new attribute on f. No extra support is needed.
