A new scene recognition (app-swt-detection) is released, hence we want to evaluate its performance, especially compared with old-gen SR type apps evaluated in https://github.com/clamsproject/aapb-evaluations/tree/55b53e8c2e12a066c4ab1604b38aa4d7cacec355/timeframe-eval

Done when

Try the timeframe-eval/evaluate.py with new results from SWT app, and update the evaluation script if necessary. Get the evaluation results on the "gold" data from -2022 annotation projects and write a report on.
