Program Title: ### 30 Days Learning Challenge

Program Goals:

1. To enhance members' knowledge and expertise in various categories, including education, climate change, renewable energy, disability & gender equality, web development, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability & ESG.
2. To provide a platform for members to engage in continuous learning and skill development through free online courses.
3. To foster a supportive community environment where members can collaborate, share resources, and motivate each other to excel and thrive in their chosen categories.

Objectives:

1. To encourage members to register for and complete online courses in their chosen categories.
2. To facilitate the formation/enhancement of dedicated Discord groups for each category to promote discussion and collaboration.
3. To monitor members' progress through weekly reports and provide support and guidance as needed.
4. To cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement among participants/members.

Possible Outcomes:

1. Increased knowledge and expertise in the selected categories among program participants.
2. Enhanced skills in critical areas such as education, climate change, renewable energy, and others.
3. Strengthened community bonds and collaboration through active participation in Discord groups.
4. Improved motivation and engagement through regular progress reporting and accountability measures.
