In order to rid of old resources, we want get rid of old domain and cdn brokers

Acceptance Criteria

Volcano old domain broker
Volcano old CDN broker

Security considerations

Less stuff to secure and use

Implementation sketch

Inventory remaining service instances that are no migrated
Migrate or delete those remaining instances
Remove old resources
Remove old pipelines
