Write a short description of the document in the note page of Paperless

Create a short description of the document and use the note field of Paperless to store it.

This could be used for search later (if Paperless uses a search like the one in Immich) or just to quickly understand what the document is about.

It could also be useful to check if the model is understanding the model at all, my first question in the chat was "what is this document about?".
