What's the best model for ollama?

I want to use an local AI because I don't like the idea to send my documents to a cloud AI like ChatGPT.

Tried with llama3.2(4B) and phi4 (7B), but both weren't exactly as helpful as I hoped. They seem to ignore some of the prompts (I used mainly the example with stuff added), but for example llama3.2 created multiple Correspondents for Amazon or my employer.
When I tried overriding everything with phi4 (to see if it gets better results) it mostly just showed "Keeping existing Correspondents" in the logs, despite me setting "Use existing Correspondents and Tags?" to NO.

I asked similar question 258. Can you check your prompt and see if they were cut off. Mine cuts off at random line, after saving the customization.

I use GLM4 and it's the best so far.
