Correspondents are not being updated in PaperlessNGX

Describe the bug
Paperless AI analyzes the documents and accurately identifies the correspondent and sets them up in PaperlessNGX. The correspondent is then not assigned to the document in NGX.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
