ct for chart testing: https://github.com/prometheus-community/helm-charts/blob/main/.github/workflows/lint-test.yaml
- we are in https://github.com/clux/homelab/blob/main/.github/workflows/release.yml
- it's generally fine, just chokes whenever we touch a folder that we haven't bumped a version for
