Running on Windows 10

Thanks so much for sharing this repository. I've been using it on my Mac and it saves a lot of time on authority work. Unfortunately I tried to get this up and running on a staff member's Windows desktop and was unsuccessful. In particular, it seemed that we weren't able to get "python-Levenshtein" to install despite also installing Microsoft Visual C++ 10.0 (as indicated by the error message - attached). Any thoughts?
