SonarQube Server version is not visible showing: Footer.Version

Describe the bug
footer.version is not translated to correct value when using SonarQube Community Edition 9.9.7 (LTA)

User environment
OS: Linux --> SonarQube installed stand alone on Linux machine
Project version: Plugin version: 4.3.0.
DB Version: Postgresql 14.13

Description:

After removing sonar-cnes-report.4.3.jar plugin able to see current SonarQube Server version in footer.
