Although currently we run only on 1 file, we should give the user an option to run coala on the whole project.
Now, the question is how to get the project ? Not sure how gedit handles projects.

gedit by default doesn't handle anything like folders or projects. Its designed to be a very simple text editor.

Also do we really need it? gedit is a simple text editor, where each opened file is independent.
