Redirect to different host

Hi,

I am trying to develop a functionality where I need to redirect the user to a different host.
One option is to do the same from left side menu, but I want to click on a host link which should redirect to target host.
For now, I have just added the link (IP of host to connect) with target as _blank, on click, it redirects to login page but I want it to directly enter the dashboard similar to the workflow on the left side menu of hosts.

tried the link with http instead of https, and works fine.
