Currently https://github.com/warmcat/libwebsockets/libwebsockets-git.tar.xz is not valid URL. Sorry, im stupid
Valid URL https://github.com/warmcat/libwebsockets/archive/master.tar.gz if need download master.
Maybe need use last stable version? v1.6-stable rev. 1e9c1a5
https://github.com/warmcat/libwebsockets/archive/v1.6-stable.tar.gz
