⚬ PROBLEM: Cannot hide shorts in video description, which causes more scrolling to comments when video description is opened

⚬ SOLUTION: Add option to disable shorts in video description

⚬ ALTERNATIVES:

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Everyone who disables shorts in youtube :)
