[General] UI Enhancements table components in view mode

All tables in view mode should display information as a table (instead of translating it into a list of variables) to improve readability

Places where the enhancement has not been implemented:

• Date identitate/ Identitate copii
• Fisa de asistenta sociala/ Date aditionale despre copii (table header)

Other small changes on the tables from view mode: eliminate the existing divider placed above the table header

Partly done in #518. Fisa de asistenta sociala/ Date aditionale despre copii needs a separate discussion due to the complexity of the current implementation.
