Not working on disneyplus

When i use the shortcut to increase speed, it'll just advance the video by ten seconds. Also the others shortcuts don't work and i can't see the controller

I'm using Firefox version 124.0.2

It doesn't work on Chrome Version 123.0.6312.124 (Official Build) (64-bit)
The one exception I've found is Stars Wars 8, The Last Jedi; where it still works.

Try these settings - keep in mind that there are 'reserved keyboard shortcuts' with websites (YouTube has J, K, L, F, left/right arrow keys, numerical 1 to 0, spacebar ... etc):

( I'll add that I changed the default "R = Reset" )..

Also, the "V" key overwrites the setting "Hide controller by default"
