Improve organization/resource data set

We are missing phone numbers for a fair amount of the food shelves.

We are also missing a few food shelves because the food bank site had something like 125 and we only had 120 or so from the food systems atlas site. It would be ideal to take the opportunity to add food shelves to the atlas that are missing. Same with phone numbers.

In terms of pig farms we used the "Pork" category from the atlas, we should check with Farm2Plate that this is accurate. Also the foodbank may want to provide a curated list of pig farms or participating animal feed places. Also the atlas has "Animal feed producers" category, perhaps some of these orgs would be a good candidate for places to direct food waste.

We compiled some composting links and resources (see the trello board), it would be good to provide users with a way to access these.

We should also consider adding "Hours of operation" to the data set.
