在UICollectionViewCell或者UITableViewCell中，滑动时，轮播将会暂定。直到滑动页面结束，才能继续轮播。

经测试，是在 iPhone 8模拟器，iOS：11.1 才是这样。真机上倒不会阻塞轮播。

刚刚试了下，iphone8模拟器，iOS11.1，我这边没有这个问题
