Dino Names and Options Disappeared

When I first started the program, it was highly customizable, allowing me to select from a large list of creatures (Alpha Tusoteuthis and Giganotosaurus were notably missing but most were available) as well as to adjust the sex and minimum or maximum level I was looking for. Many of these options have now disappeared.

The Alpha Megalodon is now the only alpha creature in the list, the Gigantopithecus has disappeared from the list - I'm sure there are many more...that's just the only ones I've noticed that used to be in the list. I'm also no longer able to select the sex of the creature or the minimum or maximum level. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and have the same problems.

Edit: So, after exiting the program (and Ark) and opening it again, there were no creatures at all in the dropdown list. After restarting Ark and then restarting Larkator, the creatures are back (the Giga is now in the list when it never was although the Alpha Tuso still is not), but I still don't have the ability to select a gender or level.
