We recently released an official dataset of Kaggle notebooks: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/kaggle/meta-kaggle-code. Blog post about it here: https://www.kaggle.com/discussions/product-feedback/430422.

You may find it useful to use this resource along with Meta Kaggle. To join the datasets together, the name of files (excluding the file extension) in Meta Kaggle for Code corresponds to the Id in Meta Kaggle’s KernelVersions table.
