CAN Frame Pre-allocation Size

Hello,

I have a problem with the launch application in Windows when I change "CAN Frame Pre-allocation Size" to a value 10 times bigger than the default value.

I am using V213 release but if I delete the package with source files and unzip another version application could not launch anymore.
Is there another appdata file with a preferences set that contains stored old information and how can I clean preferences to default values to launch properly Savvy?

Other releases also didn't work.
