Increase recipe parsing success rate

This will spawn more tickets. We have direct customer and community requests to increase the current recipe parser compatibility.

We might have to get into JINJA if territory.

I fear if we do not address and improve this sooner, we will continue to get compared to other tools or fall victim to many "but sometimes it doesn't work" arguments.
