Also, could you create a guide on how to model our own hot end mounts?

From what I can tell the Ender 3 V3 SE should be compatible but just check what firmware you are running, PolyDye compatibility does not so much depend on the printer but more on the Firmware. It must be running Marlin 2 or greater. No Klipper, No RRF.

We will have a video out on how to model your own mount soon.
