Add Gotify as a Notification Option

I’d love to see Gotify added as a notification option alongside email, Slack, Telegram, and the others. Gotify is great for self-hosters since it allows users to self-host their own notification service, which I think aligns well with Coolify’s audience.

I’m already using Gotify with Uptime Kuma, and having it in Coolify would make notifications more flexible and independent of third-party services. The API is simple, so implementation should be pretty straightforward.

Would this be something you’d consider adding? Happy to help test if needed!

There's already a request to add Gotify as a service template, but I'm posting this separately since I'm requesting it as a notification option.
