Thanks for bringing this to our attention! This is likely caused by a known issue where we calculate requirement fulfillment too conservatively. Essentially, if a course can fulfill multiple requirements, we are unsure which to choose and show that it counts for nothing. A fix is in progress and should be released within the coming month.
This seems to actually just be an issue with my account. Trying it on a friend's account seems to work. My entire Courseplan is actually bugged, it seems. My progress is not saved after leaving or reloading the page, and nothing is correctly added to credit counts. This seems to have been caused by removing a major. I've just added back the old major and most of my problems seem to have been fixed. I will open a new Issue regarding this larger problem later.
