Observed Behavior

Courses that should fulfill certain requirements fail to do so. Specifically, Government courses that are listed as successfully fulfilling a requirement do not add to the total number of fulfilled requirements and additionally is not automatically categorized into Completed Requirements.

A screenshot is attached below. Courseplan correctly identifies the courses as being able to fulfill the requirement, however, does not correctly add to the number of total Introductory Government Courses.

Additionally, the credits from Phil 1950 are not added to the total credits of Government Coursework.

Expected Behavior

Introductory Government Courses should have its total requirements at 2/2. Additionally, it should be located in Completed Requirements rather than Ongoing Requirements.

Credits towards Government Coursework should be at 4/28.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a Government Major to your profile.
Add any class that fulfills the Introductory Government Courses requirement.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! This is likely caused by a known issue where we calculate requirement fulfillment too conservatively. Essentially, if a course can fulfill multiple requirements, we are unsure which to choose and show that it counts for nothing. A fix is in progress and should be released within the coming month.

This seems to actually just be an issue with my account. Trying it on a friend's account seems to work. My entire Courseplan is actually bugged, it seems. My progress is not saved after leaving or reloading the page, and nothing is correctly added to credit counts. This seems to have been caused by removing a major. I've just added back the old major and most of my problems seem to have been fixed. I will open a new Issue regarding this larger problem later.
