The sublineage with S:P82L (C21807T) and two 3' UTR mutations (G29706A, C29708T) has 6 seqs now: 3xNJ, 2xIL, 1xMI (all USA)

I think the ,main feature of this sublineage is not the spike mutation but two close nuc mutations in the 3' UTR : G29706A, C29708T

cc @ryhisner: i have checked them and they appeared together 22 times 6/22 in this branch, while standing alone appeared 5k and 26k times respectively,
