I processed two tilt series identically as per the "quick start tilt series" guide on the WARP website. I aligned movies in WARP, exported stack to IMOD, went through the eTomo pipeline for alignment, then re-imported that data into WARP for further processing. However, only ONE of the two tilt series will import, despite them being processed identically and in parallel. They are sitting in the same folder. No idea what could cause this. Here is the error.
"object reference not set to an instance of an object".
