WARP written .tilt file is inverted from the original

I am having issue with feeding the .mdoc into WARP, it writes out the .st file in the tilts/imod/ folder that is inverted from the original; and the WARP written .tilt file in the same folder has the numbers listed in the wrong and opposite order.
I did not ask the angle to be inverted. Actually whether this is clicked in or not, the warp written tilts/imod .tilt file is inverted.
And consequently, the WARP tomo reconstruction is messed up than then one generated in imod.
