As a user I want to change the name of each of my accounts from the corresponding account screen #140

The flow can be:

on the account screen, after the account's name, we can add an "edit icon"
click on edit icon
the account's name can be edited ("edit icon" becomes "ok icon")
click on "ok icon" triggers the save update
