Start a new Nomicon for Startup Societies (Ulex)

We'll need to decide if it would be better to start from microNomicon (cleaner, more work) or fork Cryptonomicon (easier, more baggage)

I think we should start with a new microNomicon in order to demonstrate the full process to the Ulex community of governance geeks.

However - I believe that the first players also have prerogative to propose a new startupNomicon rule-set that builds on the microNomicon, pulls from the cryproNomicon, and provides for the lexiNomicon community. In other words, we could have an early proposal to adopt specific lessons-learned from the cryptoNomicon.

This would demonstrate a clean start + simple early moves + sophisticated import from other nomicons.
