After #6 (landing page for main site), make all intermediate index pages (such as the "semester index pages" ) feel more like user-friendly landing pages.

e.g. https://fieldnotes.makingandknowing.org/content/fa15/fieldnotes/emilie-foyer---field-notes-fa15/index.html
