When running this Github action in our workflow, it shows the following error:

##[error]File not found: '/home/runner/work/_actions/cutenode/action-always-fail/v1.0.0/dist/index.js'

Although this still fails the build like it should, it's not the right behavior. Any ideas on how to address this?

Nevermind, saw this is addressed by using v1.0.1 from #2. Perhaps a change should be made to the README to reference this version?
