Add a metalink documentation section including examples and making it clear that the CVMFS implementation is a subset of rfc 6249, ignoring the pieces about ETags and Instance Digests because CVMFS does content checking at a higher level. The metalink implementation was added cvmfs/cvmfs#3683.
