here is a list of stds that cyrus needs. anyone can help on their implementation once the compiler is ready for it:

base64
base58
json

math:

todo.

net:

tcp
udp.
http.

os:

todo.

crypto:

todo.

strings:

todo.

arrays:

todo.

..

later we can complete todos, and create dedicated issues for them. this is just an overview.
