DDB have added an monster api used in MAPS that lets us get the info needed to fill out a 2024 style statblock for all monsters.

I think a toggle for preference might be the best option here. This would be the equivalent of swapping from a 2014 custom statblock template to a 2024 template. Mostly the same info, only things added are initiative and the stats split out into mod and saves.
