Objective:
To enhance our EMS feature by allowing agents to quickly and efficiently generate digital Patient Care reports, ensuring seamless communication with EMS providers, services, and doctors.
Proposed Features:
Patient Care Report Card: Provide agents with a standardized report card to fill out during or after an incident.
QR Code Integration: Embed QR codes on the report card to ensure chain of custody and verify the authenticity of the report.
OCR Technology: Utilize Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract handwritten data from the scanned report card.
Digital Report Generation: Auto-populate a digital report based on the extracted data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Seamless Data Transmission: Allow the digital report to be easily shared with EMS providers, services, or doctors, ensuring timely and informed medical intervention.
Data Storage & Retrieval: Store the digital reports securely within FortiPath, allowing for easy retrieval and review when needed.
Benefits:
