The real value of "The Ninth Cirri Satchel"'s legendary affix isn't reflected in damage calculation.

I changed the number of Cirri's legendary affix in Equipment tab.
but the number is fixed at 600 in damage calculation of Hungering Arrow.

I can confirm this, but with one refine. I have import profile from real char, who has in quiver affix 599%. This value was correctly import and used in calculation, but its further change does not affect damage. I try to create another "The Ninth Cirri Satchel" with another nuber of affix - this did not help. The value of the damage does not change when replacing the quiver - I now have always 599% from quiver's affix.
