Depends on issue #19

Ability with Drush commands to perform the following actions:

Return list of secured paths. Example: drush secure-pages-list
Perform bulk operation of Security Profile audit functionality, as defined in Security Profile settings form enhancement #19, but without granular specificity. Example: drush secure-pages-install-profile [profile-plugin-id]
