Describe the solution you'd like
An way to store the amount of time that has been spent working / dealing with a ticket

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using a separate app for tracking the time is fine but there is no way to link it with the ticket

Additional context
A simple text field that indicates how much time has been spent. This should be available at the point of closing a ticket?
