Not printing on the surface

Hello

We use printrbot 3D printer with Cura 15.04.6 software.
When i run the bad leveling wizard option that working fine.
After that the test printing is working fine and printing on the platform.

But when I load any project and start to printing the printrbot printer not printing on the platform.
Instead of about 15 - 20 mm higher printing from the platform. I run the reload all objects.
This command put the object to the platform , but when start printing 15 - 20 mm higher start from the platform. Not on the platform.

What is the problem?
Anybody have some idea to solve this problem.

Perhaps Printrbot can help you. This sounds like a firmware problem.
