Describe the bug
Sample code provided in the readme.md is incompatible with latest and some previous TextMateSharp versions.
I believe there were api changes since sample was created.

Expected behavior
Please update sample provided in readme.md so it will be compatible with the current api. Also include there all required namespace using.
