Each chapter and appendix have a header 'Chapter X' or 'Appendix Y' which are bound by lines below and above. These lines seem to have a standard length such that 'Chapter X' is fully enclosed while the letter of 'Appendix Y' is sticking out (see attached figure). Is it possible to make the length of the lines dynamic so that each header is fully enclosed?
