Preset Missing

What happened?

The option to add presets is missing on 0.7.5 when using Anthropic and AWS Bedrock.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build 0.7.5 vs 0.7.4 and run locally, practically default settings on the .env with the exception of the region being changed

When I click presets, it says "No presets yet, use the settings button to create one". I looked at preset creation everywhere in settings and couldn't find it, I was very confused. Consider changing this message to mention that preset creation has moved to the right hand side panel.
