Enhancement: Separate registration and login config

What features would you like to see added?

For now it is only possible to set allowed domains for both registration and logging in. It would be useful to separate these cases. For example allow any registered user(gmail.com, example.com) log in via google, but only allow new registrations from example.com. Or add allowed emails list.

Simple email+password authorization already allows all existing users to log in but prevent registrations from anything but configured domains.
