[BUG REPORT]菜单编辑器中添加菜单不成功

Describe the bug
在后台 菜单编辑器里面添加菜单，比如：
名称：英语
外链：/category/en
点击 添加链接，然后点保存菜单时没有反应。

To Reproduce
已经授权content和cash目录用户写入权限。
