I want my editor settings to be shared across a user account, not per browsing context

I switch between a few computers to work on Dark; it'd be convenient to have these settings shared across my user account.

Namely, I'd expect settings around in-progress features (e.g. tuples right now) and debugger settings to be bound to my user account.
