Description

In order to improve metadata and discoverability of datasets, each dataset should be allowed to declare its license (NLOD etc).

Add a field to evidencecode called "License", should be included in metadata everywhere.

docs.data.altinn.no should be updated to show the license reference if it exists in the automated doc display.
