Merge with iterationlabeller

This isn't an issue, but I don't know how else to get in touch with you.

I've created a patch that allows the user to define a "iterationDuration" 
configuration value that works the same as in the builtin iterationlabeller for 
CCNET.

This allows me to define a label pattern like so.

<pattern> {major}.{minor}.{iteration}.{revision}</pattern>

The left space is to workaround a compatibility issue your plugin has with 
CCNet 1.6, an issue has already been raised for it.

I've attached a patch that includes a new unit test.

I only have VS2010, sorry for converting the project.
